Apartment Tuscan
This spacious and newly refurbished ground floor apartment is based in the front line Tuscan complex with the Playa Bastian beach being accessible from the grounds.
In the commercial area of Playa Bastian, reachable in a few minutes walk, you will find all kind of bars, cafeterias, restaurants and shops. Windsurfing and other aquatic sports are available at the beach.
The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds plus a sofa bed in the lounge, we can accommodate up to three guests, 1 full bathroom with shower, w/c, hairdryer, washing machine, iron / ironing board, fully equipped open plan refurbished kitchen which is supplied with kettle, toaster, cups, plates, glasses, coffee machine and fridge/freezer and all utensils.
The lounge comes with Satellite TV, VCR, Hifi, Safe and telephone. All rooms have an excellent view directly to the sea.
Outside the lounge is a private patio which catches the sun all day. It has patio furniture and looks out to beautiful views of the atlantic ocean - distance about 100 yards - and overlooks the main ocean water pool. You have got direct access to the beach promenade.
Tuscan complex has two large main pools, kids pool, (no life-guards), sun terrace with loungers, pool bar serving drinks, snacks and satellite TV showing many of the top football matches and tennis courts. Sport actvities like as Tennis, Minigolf and Squash are also available in the complex. 24 hours reception and a well stocked supermarket.
 It is close to all amenities - Playa Bastian beach is 10 minutes walk, mini-markets, restaurants, bars, car rental office, taxi rank, bus stop and, gym all within 2 minutes walk. Las Cucharas main beach can be reached by a lovely stroll along the seafront promenade about 15 minutes or a 3 minute cab or bus ride.
Costa Teguise offers a number of sports including an excellent golf course, diving, windsurfing and a waterpark. Other sports on the island and not too far away include - go karts, horseriding, surfing, big game fishing, golf (full 18 hole), and microlight flying.
About Costa Teguise
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, golf courses and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
