We are offering our luxury, fully equipped 85 sqm, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 fully equipped bathroom, fully furnished kitchen apartment directly at the Costa Teguise located in a quiet living area. The building was established in 2001 and has been ready to rent since June 2001. The apartment is a great place to relax for families and for guests who like to stay in a high standard apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and is ideal for handicapped guests who need wheelchair access.

The apartment has got a view of the sea from one side, and a roofed veranda with wood furniture as well as a private garden of 100 sqm with palms and cactus. Outside the apartment you have a parking place for your car to those of you who wish to hire a car during your stay. A playground is in front of the house which doesn't disturb the silence in any case.
Our caretaker will be your contact person during your stay. It will be a pleasure for us having you at the "Casa Azul" on Lanzarote. The rear doors are electronic secured for your safety. The apartment has got a safe for your personal belongings.
We will do our best to make you feel comfortable for the duration of your stay at our apartment, in the great landscape of Costa Teguise, which is influenced by the famous architect Ceasar Manrique.
The "Casa Azul" is located 700 m away from the beautiful beaches of Lanzarote like the Playa La Cucharas, and 400 m away from the downtown shopping mall, numerous restaurants, british bars and discotheques. A cafe and bistro are just around the corner. The airport is about 10 minutes away by car. For medical emergencies you will find an british ambulance at the center of Costa Teguise.
You will find many sports activities like tennis, diving, windsurfing, golf and an Aqua Park with a great pool only a few hundred yards away.
The "Casa Azul" is furnished to a very high standard. Each room has handmade Gebbah carpets. We also have a collection of paintings by the well known German painter Brigitte Kraneburg in your apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with toaster, microwave, coffeemachine, water heater - etc. as well as all mod cons. In the patio you will find the washing machine and the iron. There is also extra storage space in this room. The living room has got a TV / SAT with english channels as well as HiFi / Video and DVD set. Each room is equipped with a high standard bell / radio combination. There are also books, movies, tapes and audio CD's for kids and adults available.
